Leveraging over 25 years of dedication to assisting others, Mark has cultivated a rich understanding in Financial and Insurance guidance since 2010. Recognizing that financial journeys aren’t a “one-size-fits-all” endeavor, he places emphasis on facilitating informed decisions for his clients, understanding their unique aspirations and challenges. At the core of Mark’s mission is the desire to ensure each individual feels empowered, informed, and equipped to achieve their life’s goals, both financial and personal. 

A devoted resident of Farmington, Missouri, Mark’s academic journey began at St. Paul Lutheran Elementary School, progressed through Farmington R-7 High School, and culminated at Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Hiss passion for learning took him further to Central Methodist University for graduate studies in Clinical Psychology. 
 
Before turning his sights to assisting clients with financial guidance, Mark dedicated 13 years to counseling and advocating for children, adults and families within social work, the juvenile court system, and non-profit entities. This foundational experience underscores his profound commitment to community and the personal well being of others. 

In 2014, Mark expanded his professional footprint by joining Money Concepts. He also founded Cook Financial, LLC, reinforcing his reach in assisting clients with property and casualty insurance in both personal and commercial lines of insurance, ensuring a holistic financial safety net. 

Family is the cornerstone of Mark’s passion in life. He treasures moments with his beloved wife, Kelly, and their five children. Whether it’s diving into the myriad of activities his children bring into his life or indulging in his love of sports and the outdoors with hunting, fishing, camping and nature, Mark passionately embraces life’s offerings.

Through the years, Mark’s unwavering commitment to give back has been evident. He’s been an active participant in local charities, continually seeking ways to make a positive impact in his community.
