I’m Isaac L. Dayley, and at my core, I love people and I love stories.
Every great story needs a devoted collaborator.
Before I ever sat across from a client reviewing retirement goals or legacy plans, I spent over two decades on stage and behind the scenes in the theatre. As a performer, I stepped into other people’s shoes to bring their stories to life. As a producer and director, I helped shape those stories and guide them toward impact. Along the way, I learned how to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and connect with the deeper threads that make us human.
Though I come from a long line of financial planners, it wasn’t always clear this would be my path. But when I eventually stepped into that legacy, I found something unexpected: the same skills that helped me tell stories on stage helped me support people in real life. Because money, too, tells a story. It reflects our values, our fears, our dreams, and the way we move through change.
I approach financial planning as a creative, collaborative process. I’m fully independent, which means I’m not limited to proprietary products. I have access to a wide range of tools and solutions that I use to help each client design a plan that fits, not just their goals, but who they are. Through my partnership with Money Concepts, I also have the technology, support, and professional network to stay focused on what matters most: helping you navigate what’s next with clarity and care.
I work especially well with people who are in transition; those stepping into a new chapter, chasing a long-delayed dream, or simply ready to take ownership of their financial story. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to start.
Your life is a story still unfolding. You’re not just the main character, you’re the playwright. And if you’re ready to shape your second act, I’d be honored to help you write it.
