I first became interested in personal financial planning after realizing my tax clients were making impulsive investment decisions without receiving proper information. This caused a negative impact on reaching their financial goals. There is no “one size fits all” product or financial plan. Each should be as unique as the individual themselves in order to achieve success. Money Concepts allows me to do just that as an independent financial advisor.

I have worked in the financial services industry serving the needs of local residents since 1974 and spent over 21 years in the banking industry as both a loan officer and assistance vice president.

My passion for finance began with my desire to improve my own financial situation. After graduating from North Decatur High School in 2011, I spent twelve years working in Shelbyville, Indiana, at Kasco Manufacturing. Kasco is a family-owned agricultural equipment manufacturer. I started in assembly, learning how to put the products together. I helped build small planters, augers, and Herd Sure-Feed broadcasters. 

Over the twelve years I moved to every area of the business. I spent time in the fabrication shop. I helped design new products and helped with everyday production welding. Eventually, I was shown how to operate brake presses and the fiber laser. I learned a lot of life lessons during my time at Kasco. Despite my hard work, I still found myself slipping into debt. I began to focus on learning how to spend less, pay off debt, and save. Family and friends would ask my opinion on their financials, and I began to appreciate the importance of quality financial planning. 

In 2024, I had a strong desire to fully devote myself to financial planning. I left my job of twelve years and joined the team at Tri-County Financial. I assisted in tax preparation before becoming a fully licensed agent. Now, I look forward to working with the experienced staff at Tri-County, sharing my range of knowledge, and helping the community grow for years to come.

I am married to Angela (Luers) Dudley. I have two children, Harper (6) and Colton (4). Angela’s family operates Weber’s Greenhouse in Sunman, Indiana. In 2019, Angela and I moved to the Sunman area from St. Paul, Indiana. We are members of Saint Anthony church in Morris. Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, especially smoking BBQ and frying chicken. My other hobbies include turkey hunting, gardening, raising chickens and playing cards, all with my family.

Graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and twenty-three plus years in the Education Industry. Passions include learning new systems, educating, and helping families prepare for their future along with assisting the older generation. Amy enjoys swimming, gardening, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with grandchildren and family.

Graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Passionate about education, improvement, and building systems that make people's lives easier. Hobbies include chess, running, and game design. Tax preparer since 2020.
