Vince was born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee. He has two adult children—his son, an author, and his daughter, a clinical psychologist and grandchildren. Outside of work, Vince enjoys grouse hunting, fishing, and raising English Setter bird dogs. He also owns and operates an Airbnb, blending hospitality with his love of the outdoors.

Peggy Buckles has owned two property and casualty businesses over the span of 37 years. It was during that time that Peggy met Vince who introduced her to her husband, Jerry Buckles.
In September, Peggy will be selling her insurance business and joining Vince as part of her re-tirement plan. She said she has “never been a sit at home girl” and knew she wanted to contin-ue to do something to keep busy.
Joining Vince’s practice was the perfect solution. Peggy has two sons and five grandchildren that keep her busy with travel ball. Peggy is an avid college sports lover of basketball, football and baseball.
