Our Approach
Achieving your goals allows you peace of mind to be actualized and your stress is minimized. You are free to live with less stress and more enjoyment.
Our approach is simple, our journey includes:
- Step 1 - The Snapshot
- Step 2 - Where are you headed?
- Step 3 - The Changes
- Step 4 - The Plan
- Step 5 - Stay on Track
Step 1 - The Snapshot
After we mutually agree to work together, in our initial meeting we will take a snapshot of your current situation. This will include identifying your goals and objectives. Are you happy with your progress? Do you lose sleep? If so, what keeps you up at night? We will help you define your vision and document your milestones. We will gather critical information and review your financial statements to take inventory of your assets and liabilities, income and expenses. Further, we will take a temperature gauge to measure your tolerance for risk across all your accounts. All of this will be captured and documented for future guidance.

Step 2 - Where are you headed?
Where would you like to be? We paint the picture together in this step. We bring things like goals, objectives and vision to life. Many entrepreneurs have vision boards they look to on a regular basis to keep an eye on the ball, on the big picture. This is so they know what they are working toward while muddling through smaller details. The same is true for families. We muddle through smaller details like paying bills, home repairs, raising the kids, caring for elder parents and other things. Creating the vision allows us to do the smaller things, but have our eyes on the ball as well.
Now let us paint!

Step 3 - The Changes
The Changes! This section may have been called "The Snag" or "The Bump in the Road". Life is full of changes where we must bob and weave or thrust and parry; but through it all we make the changes we need to, whether financial or otherwise. Hopefully we get to laugh along the way. Ce' la vie
Ok, enough with being philosophical.
It is at this step that we will help you implement necessary changes to your plan.

Step 4 - The Plan
If there is already a plan in place, we bring it current; and we will create a plan where none exists. The plan itself is not cookie-cutter, it is tailored to you and your unique situation, with a level of detail that you are comfortable with. The plan will give focus to areas that are top of mind to you.

Step 5 - Stay on Track
Finally, staying on track. The most important part of a plan is to keep it current and drive toward it. The end game often changes, but we are strong and prepared as long as we review the plan at regular intervals as needs dictate.
