T. Lucas Minton is a lifelong Lonoke County native. Raised on a family dairy and beef farm, he learned the value of hard work, discipline, and personal responsibility at an early age. He graduated from Cabot High School in 1999 and earned his degree from Arkansas Tech University in 2003.
Lucas began his professional career in 2004, working in a variety of roles with public and private health insurance providers, as well as life insurance companies. In 2009, he formally entered the financial services industry and chose to go independent in 2014 in order to better serve his clients and deliver a more holistic approach to financial planning.
In 2016, Lucas completed the Retirement Management Analyst (RMA) program, becoming the first advisor in Arkansas to earn the designation. His insights and experience have been featured in The Street’s Retirement Daily and Financial Advisor magazine.
Lucas continues to live on his family’s farm in Lonoke County, where he remains actively involved in several community-based organizations.
