Ray prides himself on providing professional comprehensive wealth management nationally to his developed clientele. He has a passion to help individuals, families, and businesses realize their dreams and to live a better life. He understands the transformational journey needed to reach personal financial goals and provide his clients with a road-map to accomplish them.

Ray is married to his lovely wife Lorna and has two beautiful daughters, Madeline (who you will meet shortly) and Emma. Ray enjoys all things outdoors as well as spending time with his family and friends. He is an ordained minister and is the Pastor of Grace Church of the Heartland in Fredericktown, MO. Ray previously sang with the southern gospel national recording artist Crimson Gold for 20 plus years. Ray quickly gives all credit and honor to God for the successes he has attained and realizes it would not be possible without Him. His business and personal life are based upon the scripture Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Ray is the founder and President of Reese Financial Group and has made the mission of the business quite simple— we educate people on investing and managing their wealth to maximize their returns and minimize their risk. Our desire is for everyone to be able to "Live A Better Life" free of financial stresses.

Tara came into the financial planning industry while still attending college. She is a graduate of North County High School and life long resident of the area. While in her last two years of college she became intrigued by the banking and finance industry and decided to make a career in the field.

Tara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Methodist University in 2005, with a major in Banking and Finance. She has been in the financial planning field since 2002 and became a financial advisor in 2008. She holds FINRA securities licenses 6, 7 and 63, as well as Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Tara serves a crucial role at Reese Financial Group and this establishment would not be possible without her hard work and dedication to our clients. Tara has received the Above &

Tara is married to her high school sweetheart –Kyle–and together they have one beautiful daughter Kylee. Tara keeps herself busy with being a dance mom and spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys weekends spent at their cabin in the country and at Lake of the Ozarks.

Madeline is one of our administrative assistants and is also currently a licensed life and health insurance representative. Madeline decided right out of high school that she wanted to work in financial industry after growing up watching her father (Ray) in the field. Madeline attended Lesterville High School and went on to get her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Methodist University in 2016. Madeline has been working at Reese Financial Group full time since the beginning of 2017. Madeline currently has her Life & Health Insurance license and is working towards FINRA securities licenses. 

Madeline enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being a member at Grace Church of the Heartland, doing free lance makeup artistry, deer hunting, crafting, and cooking. Madeline is married to Michael and they are proud parents to their son Asher. Madeline  enjoys motherhood and watching her little man grow!

Klint Silvey is a member of the team at Reese Financial Group, serving clients around Potosi and Farmington, Mo. since Oct 2021. He was in banking and for more than three years prior to joining RFG. Klint loves nothing more than solving a financial puzzle for his clients. 

Before working in the banking world, he taught at the collegiate level in Arkansas. He also worked in journalism in the oil and gas industry while living in Houston. Klint graduated from Mizzou with bachelor's and master's degress in journalism. Another one of his accomplishments is a master’s in philosophy from Houston Christian University. In his free time Klint enjoys spending time with his family—wife Hannah (of Farmington); twins, York and Aspyn, and his toddler, Baltic.

Klint loves spending time outdoors, specifically mountain biking and skiing. He is a long-time motocross racer, current mountain bike racer and initiator of Shepherd Mountain Bike Park in Ironton.

Mark has been focused on helping others for over 25 years. The past 11 years specifically with Financial and Insurance needs. Mark's primary objective is to help provide guidance to build and protect over all financial security in order for his clients to achieve their life goals. He is passionate about understanding his client's wants, needs, goals and the specific obstacles in life they may counter along the way. He believes there is no one size fits all in regards to achieving success; there needs to be a more customized fit in regards to what is in the best interest of the each client.

Mark is a life-long resident of Missouri. He attended St. Paul Lutheran Elementary School in Farmington and continued high school at Farmington R-7. He went on to attend Southeast Missouri State University  for his undergraduate degree and then attended Central Methodist University for graduate studies in clinical psychology.

Mark is married to his wonderful wife, Kelly, and is a proud father of 5 children; family is a major focus for him. He enjoys being involved in all the activities that comes along with having five children! He always enjoyed sports, hunting fishing, and the outdoors.

Mark joined Money Concepts with Reese Financial Group in October of 2014. He also owns Cook Financial Securities Solutions, LLC, which allows him to further help clients with personal and commercial lines of insurance. This allows him to provide a more comprehensive platform for overall financial security. He holds FINRA securities license 6, 63 and 7 as well as Life and Heath Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
