Our Approach

Our Process

We like to start every consultation by asking, “What three things do you hope to get out of this conversation today?” Then, we ask the clients about the things that matter most to them. The three most popular topics are family, occupation, and recreational activities. Knowing these are the things that matter most to our clients is essential to our relationship. Their “Why” becomes the feature of every meeting we have going forward.

Money is just the tool we use to help our clients make the most of the things that matter most to them. The beauty of our process is that it ensures we never lose sight of two essential elements of achieving financial independence--the things that matter and what we can control. What we can control is our philosophy, our planning, and our process.

Our philosophy is important to us because it took decades of experience from our team to create it. We are just stewards of our clients’ futures. We stand at the intersection of wealth and risk management to help our clients live the lives they deserve. As an independent firm, we take our fiduciary responsibility very seriously.

Our planning process helps bring clarity to our clients’ situations. We use a sound discovery process to learn more about the things that matter to our clients. We then design a plan specifically for them, their families, or their business. Then, after reviewing the plan with our clients, we help them deploy and implement the plan. Each meeting ends with specific action steps that need to be taken by our clients to help them succeed. Our job is to hold them accountable to the things they can control while we stay focused on their goals.

If you would like an advisory team that stands right in the middle of the things that matter most to you while helping you focus on the things you can control, reach out to our team today.
